HOW TO USE

Warm 2 to 3 drops between your palms and press gently into clean skin, morning and evening. Inhale deeply as you apply, as frankincense has a way of bringing you back to yourself. One 30ml bottle lasts approximately 6 to 8 weeks of daily use.

For caesarean scars, use with gentle circular massage once the wound is fully healed and cleared by your midwife or doctor.
