Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Mother Moon Herbals.

Shipment Process Time

All orders are processed within 3 (three) business days from receipt of payment. Orders are not processed or shipped from 13h00 on Friday through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment is delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Estimates

1 – 3 working days. If your order is urgent, please email us to discuss alternative options.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive Shipment Confirmation details via email. If you haven’t received your order within 5 (five) working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nourish@mothermoon.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

Mother Moon Herbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please photograph the damage, save the damaged packaging materials and damaged goods, and email us immediately at nourish@mothermoon.co.za.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you place the order. Mother Moon Herbals is not liable for any products sent to an address that was not correctly provided.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship outside of South Africa

Cancellations

Mother Moon Herbals cannot accept cancellations once payment has been received.
