Liver Love Detox Tea

Liver Love Detox Tea

Gentle Liver & Digestive Support · Loose Leaf Tea Blend

Your liver quietly does more work than almost any other organ in your body — filtering, detoxifying, metabolising hormones, processing everything you eat and breathe and absorb. She rarely complains. She deserves a little love.

Liver Love is a three-herb loose leaf blend crafted to support your body’s natural detoxification rhythms — gently, without force. Not a harsh cleanse. Not a punishing detox. Just steady, botanical support for the organ that keeps everything else running.

A quiet daily ritual that works as hard as you do.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Milk Thistle
The liver’s greatest botanical ally. Milk Thistle’s active compound, silymarin, is one of the most well-researched hepatoprotective compounds in plant medicine — protecting and regenerating liver cells, supporting healthy hormone metabolism, and helping your body process what it no longer needs.

Dandelion
Don’t underestimate the humble weed. Dandelion works on both liver and kidneys — stimulating bile production, supporting digestion, easing fluid retention, and gently aiding the clearance of metabolic waste. A bitter tonic in the best possible sense.

Peppermint
The refreshing finish that makes this blend something you’ll actually look forward to. Peppermint soothes the digestive tract, eases bloating, and brings a clean, cooling brightness to every cup.

Detailed Product Information

Healing Properties

Liver Love blends three of herbalism’s most trusted liver and digestive herbs.

Milk Thistle’s active compound silymarin protects and regenerates liver cells and supports healthy hormone metabolism.

Dandelion stimulates bile production, supports kidney function, and gently aids the clearance of metabolic waste and fluid retention.

Peppermint soothes the digestive tract, eases bloating, and supports healthy bile flow. Together they form a gentle, effective daily detoxification ritual — supporting the body’s own natural pathways rather than forcing a harsh cleanse.

Ingredients

Dandelion, Peppermint, Milk Thistle

Directions

Steep 1 heaped teaspoon in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Drink 1–3 cups daily. One 70g bag provides approximately 25–30 cups. Can be enjoyed warm or cooled over ice.

As with all herbal products, if you are taking medication or managing a health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Ask the Herbalist

ASK THE HERBALIST (meta field Q&As)

Q: Can I drink Liver Love while breastfeeding?
Yes — all three herbs in this blend are considered safe for breastfeeding mamas at normal tea quantities. Peppermint in very large amounts may reduce milk supply in some women, so stick to 1–2 cups daily if you are nursing.

Q: How long should I take it for?
Liver Love works best as a consistent daily ritual rather than a short-term cleanse. Four to six weeks of daily use gives the herbs time to do their deeper work. Many mamas keep it as a permanent part of their morning routine.

Q: Can I drink this during pregnancy?
Dandelion and Peppermint are generally considered safe in pregnancy in food amounts. Milk Thistle has limited safety data in pregnancy — we recommend checking with your midwife or healthcare provider before use.

Q: When is the best time to drink it?
First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is ideal for liver and digestive support — bile production is naturally stimulated and the bitter action of Dandelion works best before food. A second cup after dinner is also lovely.

Q: What does it taste like?

Clean, fresh and lightly bitter with a bright peppermint finish. Very drinkable — nothing medicinal or harsh about it.
