This is not the fenugreek tea you gagged on once and never touched again. Milk Moon is completely fenugreek-free, and it actually tastes like something you want to drink. Beautifully pink, fruity, sweet and tangy. Delicious hot, and stunning iced on a warm afternoon when you’re feeding for the fourth time and running on fumes.

Nine herbs, chosen for their long tradition in breastfeeding care and for what they do for the rest of you: your energy, your minerals, your nervous system and your recovering body. Because you are not just a milk machine. You are a mother who deserves to be nourished too.

Not just a lactation tea. A daily cup of nourishment for the whole mama.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Moringa
One of the most nutrient-dense plants on earth, rich in vitamins A and C, iron and calcium. Traditionally used across Africa and Asia to support breastfeeding mothers and a healthy milk supply.

Alfalfa
A classic milk herb of Western tradition. Rich in chlorophyll and minerals, and traditionally used to support milk production and energy.

Nettle
Mineral-rich nourishment in a cup: iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Traditionally used to replenish the postpartum body and support healthy lactation.

Fennel
A gentle digestive herb, traditionally used by breastfeeding mothers to support milk flow and to ease bloating and wind for a more settled tummy.

Red Raspberry Leaf
One of the most beloved herbs in postpartum care. Traditionally used to tone the womb after birth and to replenish iron.

Hibiscus
The herb behind that gorgeous pink. Naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, with a bright, tangy flavour.

Chamomile
Because breastfeeding isn’t just physical. Traditionally used to calm the nervous system and support restful sleep.

Dandelion
The great replenisher, rich in vitamins A, C and K, iron and potassium. Traditionally used to support the liver and to ease postpartum swelling.

Oat Straw
The nervine that feeds the nervous system from the roots. Traditionally used to nourish depleted mamas and support a steady mood.

HOW TO USE

Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger and more nourishing the brew, anywhere up to 4 hours. Strain and enjoy hot, or cool and pour over ice. Enjoy 2 to 3 cups a day. One 100g bag makes approximately 30 to 40 cups.

Tip: make a big jug in the morning, steep it for a few hours, then keep it in the fridge for iced cups through the day’s feeds.

These herbs have been carefully chosen for their safety record during breastfeeding. If you are medically managed, please share the ingredient list with your care provider before use. If you are worried about your milk supply or your baby’s weight gain, please see a lactation consultant. Not for use during pregnancy.
