Yarrow · Witch Hazel · Calendula · Lavender · Shepherd’s Purse · Plantain · Magnesium · Kalahari Salt · 10-12 uses
For the most tender days of your life.
The days after birth are raw, sacred and deeply physical. Your body has moved mountains — and now it needs to be held. The Healing Womb Sitz & Herbal Bath Soak is your botanical first aid for the postpartum body — a ritual blend crafted to soothe, tone and support healing from the outside in.
Whether you birthed vaginally or by caesarean. Whether you have stitches, swelling, haemorrhoids or simply an aching, exhausted body that deserves more than a quick shower. This is for you.
Not just a bath soak. A ritual of tending.
WHAT’S INSIDE
Yarrow
Astringent, toning and deeply healing. Yarrow supports tissue recovery, reduces postpartum swelling and inflammation, and brings its legendary wound-healing action to your most tender postpartum tissue.
Witch Hazel
Cooling and tightening. Witch Hazel brings immediate relief to swollen, tender perineal tissue and haemorrhoids — one of the most effective and time-honoured remedies for postpartum discomfort.
Calendula
The great skin healer. Anti-inflammatory and profoundly soothing, calendula supports the repair of tears, grazes and stitches while keeping delicate healing tissue calm and protected.
Lavender
Gently antimicrobial and deeply calming. Lavender promotes wound healing, offers gentle protection against infection, and brings a grounding, restorative quality to every soak.
Shepherd’s Purse
Known as Mother’s Heart — and she earns the name. Traditionally used as a powerful astringent herb in postpartum care, Shepherd’s Purse tones and supports the healing of postpartum tissue from the very first soak.
Plantain
The great soother. Deeply calming and drawing, plantain eases irritated, inflamed tissue and supports the skin’s natural healing process — quietly doing some of the most important work in this blend.
Magnesium Sulphate
Not just for the perineum. Magnesium relaxes aching muscles, eases the full-body tension of birth and recovery, and transforms your sitz bath into a whole-body restoration.
Kalahari Salt
Mineral-rich and purifying. Kalahari salt cleanses and supports a healthy healing environment for delicate postpartum tissue — grounding the blend in the minerals your body needs most.

HOW TO USE
Herbal Bath Soak
Add ½ cup to a warm bath. Soak for 15–20 minutes. One 500g bag gives approximately 4–5 full baths.
Sitz Bath
Add 3–4 tablespoons to a sitz bath basin of warm water. Soak for 10–15 minutes, 1–2 times daily. One 500g bag gives approximately 12–15 sitz soaks.
Peri Rinse
Brew a strong infusion using 2–3 tablespoons in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, cool to a comfortable temperature and pour into a peri bottle. Use after every bathroom visit. One 500g bag gives approximately 16–20 peri rinses.
Cooling Pads / Padsicles
Brew a strong infusion using 3–4 tablespoons in 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, cool completely, soak maternity pads and freeze. One batch makes approximately 8–10 padsicles. Make a batch before your due date so they are ready and waiting.
For external use only. If you are under medical supervision following birth, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.
