Golden Moon Milk

Golden Moon Milk

Turmeric · Ginger · Cinnamon · Cardamom · Black Pepper · Shatavari · Vanilla · 200g · Approximately 25 servings · Organic

After birth, the body enters a time of rebuilding. Blood, energy and deep reserves have been poured into growing and birthing a human, and now, quietly and consistently, they need to be restored.

Golden Moon Milk is rooted in one of Ayurveda’s oldest postpartum rituals. In India, new mothers have been handed a warm cup of golden turmeric milk after birth for generations. This is our version: warming spices to kindle digestion, Shatavari for deep feminine nourishment, and real vanilla bean to make it taste like something you actually want every day.

Not just a golden latte. A centuries-old postpartum ritual in a cup.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Turmeric
The golden heart of this blend, and the classic postpartum spice of Ayurveda. Traditionally given to new mothers to support the body’s recovery after birth, warm the circulation and soothe aching muscles and joints.

Ginger
Kindles the digestive fire, known in Ayurveda as Agni, which is often sluggish after birth. Traditionally used to ease bloating and bring warmth to a body that needs it.

Cinnamon
Sweet, warming and grounding. Traditionally used to support steady energy, which matters when you’re running on broken sleep and irregular meals.

Cardamom
The digestive spice of Ayurvedic tradition. Uplifting, aromatic and traditionally used to support comfortable digestion.

Black Pepper
The secret to every good golden milk. Turmeric is traditionally paired with black pepper because its compound, piperine, helps your body absorb turmeric far better.

Shatavari
Ayurveda’s most beloved herb for new mothers. Traditionally used to nourish the body through the hormonal shifts after birth and to support milk supply.

Vanilla Bean
Because nourishment should also be a pleasure. Warm, sweet and comforting.
