Endo Ease Oil

Endo Ease Oil · Therapeutic Womb & Pelvic Support Oil 50ml

Castor · Yarrow · Mugwort · White Willow · Frankincense · Cramp Bark · Turmeric · Ginger

Endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids — conditions that ask so much of you, every single cycle. The pain, the inflammation, the exhaustion of a body working against itself. You deserve more than just managing symptoms. You deserve a ritual of care.

Endo Ease Oil is a potent herbal massage oil crafted for women living with endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids — blending eight deeply anti-inflammatory and circulatory botanicals into a daily womb-care ritual that works with your body’s innate healing wisdom rather than overriding it.

Not a cure. A daily act of tending that your body will thank you for.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Castor Oil
The foundation of this blend and one of the most powerful topical healing oils in traditional medicine. Rich in ricinoleic acid, castor oil penetrates deeply into the tissues, supporting the softening of scar tissue, reducing inflammation and drawing warmth and circulation into the pelvic bowl.

Yarrow
Astringent, anti-inflammatory and deeply toning. Yarrow eases pelvic cramping, supports healthy circulation in the reproductive organs and brings its legendary wound-healing action to inflamed and congested tissue.

Mugwort
The great pelvic mover. Mugwort has been used in traditional medicine across cultures for centuries to stimulate circulation, reduce stagnation and ease the pain and heaviness associated with endometriosis and fibroids.

White Willow
Nature’s pain manager. White willow bark contains salicin — the compound from which aspirin was originally derived — offering natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic support for pelvic pain and menstrual discomfort.

Frankincense
The ancient anti-inflammatory. Frankincense resin brings its renowned boswellic acid action to this blend — reducing inflammation, easing chronic pelvic discomfort and supporting tissue healing at a cellular level.

Cramp Bark
Named for exactly what it does. Cramp Bark relaxes uterine muscle spasms, eases cramping and brings immediate relief to the tense, contracted tissue so common in endometriosis and PCOS.

Turmeric
Curcumin — turmeric’s active compound — is one of the most well-researched anti-inflammatory compounds in plant medicine. Applied topically, turmeric supports the reduction of local inflammation and tissue healing in the pelvic area.

Ginger
Warming, stimulating and deeply circulatory. Ginger amplifies the penetrative action of castor oil, brings heat to cold or stagnant pelvic tissue and supports the reduction of pain and inflammation throughout the womb space.

WHY WOMEN CHOOSE IT

• Eight anti-inflammatory and circulatory botanicals working in synergy
• Supports the softening of endometrial scar tissue and adhesions
• Eases chronic pelvic pain, cramping and menstrual discomfort
• Encourages healthy circulation and reduces pelvic stagnation
• A daily ritual of connection and care for a body that needs tending
• 100% natural — free from synthetic fragrances and petrochemicals

HOW TO USE

Warm a small amount of oil between your palms and massage slowly into the lower abdomen, focusing on areas of discomfort. Use slow, clockwise circular strokes and take your time — this is a ritual, not a routine.

For deeper penetration and maximum benefit, place a warm cloth or small heat pack over the oiled area after massaging and rest for 20–30 minutes. This castor oil pack method significantly enhances absorption and therapeutic action.

Use daily or as needed throughout your cycle. Consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks gives the herbs time to do their deeper work.

Important: This oil contains castor oil and turmeric and will stain fabric. Always use an old cloth or towel you don’t mind marking, and wear clothing you are happy to get oily. We recommend keeping dedicated dark linens for this ritual.

For external use only. Not for use during pregnancy. If you are on medication or managing a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Detailed Product Information

Healing Properties

Endo Ease Oil combines eight botanicals and plant oils with a strong tradition of use in pelvic pain, inflammation and womb care. Castor oil forms the therapeutic foundation — its ricinoleic acid content penetrates deeply into tissue, supporting the softening of scar tissue and adhesions, reducing local inflammation and drawing circulation into the pelvic bowl.

Yarrow brings astringent and anti-inflammatory action, supporting healthy reproductive circulation and easing cramping. Mugwort has been used across traditional medicine systems for centuries to stimulate pelvic circulation and reduce stagnation.

White willow bark provides natural salicin-based analgesic and anti-inflammatory support.

Frankincense contributes boswellic acid action — one of the most well-researched anti-inflammatory compounds in plant medicine — supporting tissue healing and chronic inflammation reduction. Cramp Bark specifically targets uterine muscle spasm, providing direct relief from the cramping and contraction so common in endometriosis and PCOS.

Turmeric’s curcumin compound supports local inflammation reduction when applied topically.

Ginger amplifies the warming and circulatory action of the entire blend, stimulating blood flow and bringing therapeutic heat to cold or congested pelvic tissue. Used daily with a warm compress, this oil forms a complete and deeply therapeutic pelvic care ritual.

Ingredients

Castor Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Yarrow, Mugwort, White Willow Bark, Frankincense Resin, Cramp Bark, Turmeric, Ginger.

Directions

Warm a small amount of oil between your palms and massage slowly into the lower abdomen, focusing on areas of discomfort. Use slow, clockwise circular strokes and take your time — this is a ritual, not a routine.
For deeper penetration and maximum benefit, place a warm cloth or small heat pack over the oiled area after massaging and rest for 20–30 minutes. This castor oil pack method significantly enhances absorption and therapeutic action.
Use daily or as needed throughout your cycle. Consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks gives the herbs time to do their deeper work.

Ask the Herbalist

Can I use this if I have endometriosis but haven’t been formally diagnosed?
Yes — this oil is formulated to support women experiencing pelvic pain, cramping, inflammation and congestion regardless of formal diagnosis. If you are experiencing these symptoms and haven’t yet been investigated, we do encourage you to seek medical advice alongside using this oil.

How long before I notice a difference?
Some women notice immediate relief from the warmth and massage itself. For deeper therapeutic action — particularly around scar tissue and adhesions — consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks is where the real shift happens. Herbal medicine works cumulatively, not instantly.

Can I use it during my period?
Yes — this is one of its most powerful uses. Apply during menstruation for pain and cramping relief. The castor oil pack method is particularly effective during your period — apply the oil, cover with an old cloth and rest with a heat pack for 20–30 minutes.

Can I use it during pregnancy?
No — this oil is not suitable for use during pregnancy. Several herbs in this blend including mugwort and yarrow are contraindicated in pregnancy. Do not use until after birth.

Will it actually stain everything?
Yes — honestly, yes. Castor oil is notoriously difficult to remove from fabric, and turmeric will stain on contact. Keep a dedicated old cloth or towel for this ritual and wear clothing you are completely happy to mark. Dark colours are your friend here. The therapeutic benefit is absolutely worth it — just go in prepared.

Can I use it alongside my prescribed medical treatment?
This oil is a complementary support, not a replacement for medical care. Many women use it safely alongside prescribed treatments — but if you are on medication for endometriosis, PCOS or fibroids, please check with your healthcare provider before adding any herbal product to your routine.

Can I use it on my lower back as well?
Absolutely — lower back and sacral pain is extremely common with endometriosis and fibroids. Apply the oil and warm cloth to your lower back as well as your abdomen, especially during your period or on high-pain days.

How much should I use per application?
A small amount goes a long way — start with a teaspoon and add more if needed. The oil is rich and penetrative and a little covers the entire lower abdomen comfortably.
