Your daily cup of nourishment, from first trimester to birth

Pregnancy asks so much of you. Bloom is your simplest daily act of nourishment in return.

This deeply nutritive herbal infusion was crafted to support you through every stage of pregnancy — from the tender, nauseous early weeks to the full and heavy final trimester. Seven real healing herbs, generously packed into bleach-free tea bags. No tea dust, no fillers, no compromise. Just the kind of cup that makes you feel held.

Caffeine-free. Safe throughout pregnancy. Safe to continue postpartum.

What is inside your cup

Lemon Balm
A gentle ally for the nervous system. Calms anxiety, quiets an overactive mind, and supports the restful sleep that pregnancy so often steals.

Nettles
One of the most mineral-rich plants on earth. Iron, calcium, magnesium — the nutrients pregnancy depletes most. A daily cup of nettle is one of the simplest things you can do for sustained energy and vitality throughout all three trimesters.

Oat Straw
A deeply nourishing nervine that feeds the nervous system from the roots up. Rich in calcium and magnesium for bone, muscle, and nervous system support — and profoundly calming for the mama whose nervous system is carrying more than usual.

Chamomile
Nausea, indigestion, and insomnia are three of pregnancy’s most persistent companions. Chamomile has been easing all three for centuries. Gentle enough to drink daily, effective enough to actually make a difference.

Rose Hips
One of the highest plant sources of vitamin C available. Supports immunity, collagen production, and overall vitality. The body needs more of everything during pregnancy — rose hips quietly delivers.

Rose
For the feminine psyche. Calming, uplifting, emotionally grounding. Because pregnancy is not just physical and your nervous system, your heart, and your spirit deserve tending too.

Peppermint
The nausea herb most mamas reach for first. Relieves bloating, eases headaches, and brings a refreshing brightness to every cup. Particularly welcome in the first trimester when almost everything else feels unappealing.

Why mamas choose Bloom
