Rooted in Malaysian ancestral tradition, Bengkung binding has been used for generations to support the belly, waist and lower back after birth. Wrapped firmly from hips to ribs, it gives the postpartum body the physical containment it instinctively craves, helping your core and lower back feel held while your body finds its way back. Each bind is made by hand, never mass-produced and never rushed.

Eight botanicals, including lady’s mantle, cramp bark, motherwort, clary sage, castor oil and ginger, slowly steeped over one full moon cycle. Traditionally used in postpartum belly massage to ease after-pains, soothe a swollen, tender belly and support the body’s natural healing. Warm a generous amount of Womb Magic Oil between your palms and apply to the belly and lower back with slow, intentional strokes, breathing deeply as you go. Then follow the instructional video to wrap the bind from hips to ribs, working upward with firm, even pressure. Wrap daily for the first 40 days after birth, ideally in the morning before rising.

After a caesarean birth, wait until your wound is fully healed and you’ve been cleared by your midwife or doctor before applying any oil or pressure to the belly. For external use only. Do not use Womb Magic Oil during pregnancy.
