Warm a generous amount of Womb Magic Oil between your palms and apply to the belly and lower back with slow, intentional strokes — breathe deeply as you do. Follow the instructional video to wrap the bind from hips to ribs, working upward with firm, even pressure. Practise daily for the first 40 days postpartum for full benefit — ideally in the morning before rising.
