HOW TO USE

Massage Endo Ease Oil or Womb Magic Oil into your lower belly. Place the oil pack over the oiled area and tie it in place. Cover with an old towel and a hot water bottle, then rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Use an old towel, as castor oil can stain.

CARE + SAFETY

Wash before first use in warm water with natural soap. Store in a clean, dry place between uses. Replace when the fabric becomes worn or less absorbent. Not recommended during pregnancy or during active bleeding.

Directions

Pair your Cotton Oil Pack with Womb Magic Oil for a deeply nourishing ritual:

  1. Saturate the cotton with Womb Magic Oil — a blend of botanicals crafted to soothe and awaken your womb space.
  2. Place over your lower belly and cover with gentle heat (a hot water bottle or warm compress) for 30–60 minutes.
  3. Rest and receive. Breathe deeply, set an intention, or simply allow yourself to soften as the oil and warmth do their work.
  4. Repeat 2–4 times per week, or as guided by your body’s rhythm.
