Let It Grow is a ceremonial cacao latte made for pregnancy. Blended with rose, mesquite, cinnamon and vanilla, every ingredient was chosen because it’s gentle, nourishing and beautiful for this season. No adaptogens. No stimulating herbs. Nothing that doesn’t belong in pregnancy.

Pregnancy deserves its own ritual. Not the decaf-and-hope-for-the-best kind, but a real one: warming, nourishing and made with intention for the extraordinary thing your body is quietly doing.

Not a coffee swap. A daily ritual for you and the life growing within you.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Ceremonial Grade Raw Cacao
The heart of this blend. Whole, unprocessed and worlds apart from cocoa powder. It’s naturally rich in magnesium, which pregnant bodies need more of for muscles, sleep and a calm nervous system. It also has iron for the extra blood your body makes in pregnancy. Its theobromine brings a soft, warm lift without the jittery buzz of coffee.

Rose Petals
A heart-opening herb for a tender season. Rose has a long history in women’s herbal traditions for soothing worry, softening emotional overwhelm and calming the nervous system through times of transition.

Mesquite
An ancient pod powder with a naturally sweet caramel depth. It’s rich in protein, fibre and minerals, with slow-release energy, so it’s kind to tired, nauseous pregnancy days.

Cinnamon
One of the great warming spices of herbal tradition. Traditionally used to support comfortable digestion, and it gives this blend its cosy, grounding flavour.

Vanilla
More than a flavour. Vanilla has long been used for its calming, comforting aroma, a quiet act of kindness to yourself on emotional days.

Coconut Sugar
Natural, unrefined sweetness with a lower GI than white sugar.

Mesquite: Protein, fibre and minerals with slow-release energy, kind to tired, queasy pregnancy days.

Cinnamon: A warming spice, traditionally used to support comfortable digestion.

Vanilla: Calming and comforting, a quiet act of kindness to yourself on emotional days.

Coconut Sugar: Natural, unrefined sweetness with a lower GI than white sugar.

Ask the Herbalist

Is it suitable for my whole pregnancy?

Every ingredient was chosen with pregnancy in mind: no adaptogens and no stimulating herbs. If you are medically managed in pregnancy, please share the ingredient list with your care provider.

Does it contain caffeine?

Ceremonial cacao naturally contains a small amount of caffeine, less than a cup of green tea. We suggest 1 cup a day, keeping your total daily caffeine within your care provider's advice.

I'm managing my blood sugar in pregnancy. Can I drink it?

Please check with your healthcare provider before adding any new food or drink if you're managing your blood sugar.

How is it different from Let It Flow?

Let It Grow is made for pregnancy, with no adaptogens. Let It Flow is her postpartum sister, our lactation latte, built around the calm-milk connection. Together they carry you from one season into the next.

Can I drink it after birth?

Yes, but Let It Flow is made especially for the postpartum and breastfeeding season, so we recommend switching after birth.

What milk works best?

Oat milk gives the richest, creamiest result. Almond gives a lighter cup, and full cream dairy works wonderfully if you're not dairy-free. Avoid sweetened plant milks, as the blend is already naturally sweet.

Can my children drink it?

It's a gentle, natural alternative to conventional hot chocolate. Because cacao contains a little caffeine and theobromine, keep it to a small cup for children under five, and check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure.

How many cups does one bag make?

One 200g bag makes approximately 25 cups at 2 heaped teaspoons per serve.
