Because you are not just a milk machine. You are a mother who deserves to be nourished too.

Caffeine-free. Not for use during pregnancy. 12 bleach-free tea bags per box. Loose leaf coming soon.

What is inside your cup

Hibiscus
The herb behind that gorgeous pink colour — and so much more than a pretty face. Antioxidant-rich, high in vitamin C, and traditionally used to support healthy iron levels and soothe inflamed tissues. A beautiful ally for the postpartum body that is still healing from the inside out.

Red Raspberry Leaf
One of the most revered herbs in postpartum herbal medicine. Traditionally used to tone the uterus, reduce postpartum bleeding, and replenish iron — all things the body desperately needs in the weeks after birth. Earthy, nourishing, and deeply restorative.

Moringa
A true postpartum superfood and one of the most nutrient-dense plants on earth. Rich in vitamins A and C, iron, calcium, and essential amino acids, moringa is one of the most well-researched galactagogues available. It does not just support your milk — it rebuilds the whole system that makes it.

Alfalfa
Quietly powerful. Alfalfa is rich in vitamin K — which supports healthy blood clotting postpartum — as well as chlorophyll, iron, and minerals that support energy and milk production. One of those herbs that does its best work in the background.

Nettle
Iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium — nettle is mineral medicine. In the postpartum period when the body has given everything it has, nettle quietly replenishes. Traditionally used to stabilise mood, nourish depleted adrenals and kidneys, and support healthy lactation. It belongs in every cup.

Fenugreek
The most well-known galactagogue in the world, and for good reason. Traditionally used for centuries across cultures to stimulate milk production. Rich in iron and magnesium. We use it in a balanced amount so you get the benefit without the overwhelming taste that has put so many mamas off lactation tea for life.

Fennel
A gentle digestive ally for both mama and baby. Fennel traditionally eases bloating and digestive discomfort — and its beneficial compounds pass through breast milk, offering the same settling effect to a colicky or gassy baby. A quiet but essential presence in this blend.

Chamomile
Because breastfeeding is not just physical. Chamomile calms the nervous system, reduces stress hormones, and gently supports the restful sleep that every new mother is desperately short of. A cup of Milk Moon at night is not just nourishment — it is permission to exhale.

Calendula
Warm, golden, and deeply uplifting. Calendula is traditionally anti-inflammatory and emotionally restorative — supporting both the physical healing that continues well into the postpartum period and the emotional tenderness that accompanies it.

Dandelion
The great replenisher. Rich in vitamins A, C, and K as well as iron and potassium, dandelion traditionally supports liver function for hormonal balance, reduces postpartum swelling, and restores the nutrients that pregnancy and birth deplete. Underrated and essential.

Oat Straw
The nervine that feeds the nervous system from the roots. Oat straw is deeply restorative — traditionally used to rebuild depleted nutrient stores, support mood stability, and nourish a system that has been running on empty. The herb for the mama who is holding everything together and needs something to hold her in return.

Ask the Herbalist

Q: Can I drink the lactation infusion while pregnant?

A: No, this isn't suitable for pregnancy but can be used at full term as a uterine tonic to help tone and assist labour. It's also highly nutritive and rehydrating so great to use as a labour aid if iced or at room temperature.

Q: I don't like fennel and the traditional lactation teas, they make me gag. Will this blend be the same?

A: No! I created this blend specifically with a refreshing and fruity taste and very minimal fennel/fenugreek flavours because personally I couldn't stomach fengreek/fennel heavy lactation teas either. The additional hibiscus/nettle/oatstraw/chamomile adds a beautifully sweet, tangy and grounding profile.

Q: Can I compost my tea bags?

A: Yes! We use bleach free paper tea bags to pack our herbs into individual servings. This is the most eco friendly option we have found so far without keeping it as a loose tea (which we would prefer but realistically what new Momma has time to be brewing and straining a pot of loose tea?!).=

Q: Is this safe for my toddler to drink? She always likes to sip my 'flower' tea when I am drinking it.

A: Yes! The lactation infusion is safe for kids to drink and is a great way to get in some extra nutrients into their beige diet and introduce them to herbs!
