One herb we love to work with is Rose.

We have created this deliciously sensual recipe just for your for Valentines Day. Perfect to serve atop our Let It Flow Latte for your nightly self love ritual.
You are welcome to omit the rose, or change it to another herb of choice. We have had delicious results with chamomile too!

Heart Opening & Gut Healing Marshmallow Recipe:
• 2 tbsp of dried rose
• 1 cup of near boiling water
• 3 tbsp quality grass fed beef gelatin
• 1/2 cup honey, date syrup or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Parchment paper
• Baking dish
Method:
1. Add 2 tbsp of rose petals to water.
2. Let infuse for 15 minutes in a vessel with a lid on top, to keep all delicate herbal constitutes inside.
3. Strain your rose water infusion into your mixing bowl.
4. Slowly mix in your gelatin into the mixing bowl with your infusion. Let it sit and bloom for 10 minutes.
5. Add sweetener of choice into a pot. Put it on your stove top to heat. You do not need to boil. Remove from heat right as it begins to bubble. If using honey just warm enough to become runny.
6. Slowly pour into mixing bowl with rose and gelatin & add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
7. Turn mixer on slow to incorporate ingredients, then work your way up to high. Mix for approx 6-10 minutes. Time depending on the temperature of the mix. The sweet spot is right when the mixture begins to turn white and ribbons begin to form in the mix. DO not over beat until soft peaks - thy will become too chewy!
8. After mixing, pour into your dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Let sit for two hours before cutting with scissors.
9. Make a Let It Flow Latte and top with rose marshmallow!
10. Light a candle, put your feet up and surrender to the pleasure!
Store marshmallows in fridge to keep, if they last!
